Live Improv Recipe:

* 2 Tbs courage
* 1 Lb Trust rinsed and cut into bite size pieces.
* 1 full Intention, large sized.
* 1 or more hearts, relaxed and healthy.
* 1 or more wishes
* 2 or more instruments, practiced. Use voice if possible.
* Salt to taste

1. In a medium frying pan, heat the courage over medium heat. Separately, finely chop the trust.

2. Add the trust to the pan and lightly sauté for 2 minutes, or until the trust becomes transparent. Add the intention and continue cooking for one minute.

3. Next, add the hearts and wishes to the frying pan. As you continue to cook, the wishes will release a bit of liquid, so stir lightly.

4. Continue sautéing for about 5 more minutes, after which the ingredients will be done. Do not overcook them, otherwise they will become dull and less powerful.

5. Place a portion of about 2 tablespoons of the sautéed ingredients in each instrument, and serve the sounds alongside a good raw love dose.

6. Salt to taste ❤️
